Main application
This drying oven is suitable for heating and dehumidifying raw materials and products for pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, light industry and heavy industry.
Main feature
Most of the hot winds are cycled within the box. It has high transmission efficiency, and saves energy. By making the forced ventilation, the upper and lower temperature difference can be reduced. It is characterized by low noise, stable operation, automatic temperature control and convenient maintenance. This is according with the requirement of GMP.
Working principle
The steam or electricity is used as the heat source. The axial fan is used for heating the air of the heat exchanger in node of convective heat exchange. The hot air stream transfers the heat to the material through the drying tray. The fresh air enters the drying box through air inlet hole for making-up. The humid air is exhausted from the dehumidifying hole. In this way, the machine keeps the proper relative humidity in the drying box.
