Feature:
PLC control with touch panel operation.
Asymmetrical rewinding which cause less film waste when rotating.
Glue coating is average to save glue and energy consumption.
Rewind & unwind part film is by auto cut-off & connecting to realize non-stop production.
Unwind film is equipped with auto looking for joint function to reduce film waste.
Tension is separately control with inverter or digital D.C. adjusting system. And synchronized operation is realized by multi point synchronous controllers.
Oven adopts high efficient cabinet fan and temperature is controlled by different sections. Each oven temperature is controlled separately according to technological requirements.
