Bath agitation mechanism
The eddy currents induced in the furnace charge and the magnetic induction creates electromagnetic forces. This basically run in a radial direction to the furnace axis and press the melt inward away from the furnace wall. Gravity works against these forces and hence a dome is formed on the bath surface
Additionaly a bath flow is created in the form of two eddy toroids with opposite direction of the turns.
This is attributable to the fact that the radial pressure reaches as maximum around halfway up the coil due to the lakage of the field at the coil end.

Equipment installation and training
The seller should send engineering and construction personnel to provide four weeks of installation, commissioning and operator training. Operator training will introduce proper and safe methods of operation and personal protection knowledge.
After equipment delivered to the buyer at the site, the unloading and storage of custody of its pre-installation should be responsible by the buyer.
Equipment Installation
Under the following conditions are satisfied, the seller’s installation and construction team will start equipment installation and commissioning for a period of eight weeks;
1. Infrastructure installation, civil construction, maintenance have been completed, and meet the installation requirements. (Including transformer room)
2. The auxiliary power supply has been stationed in the field as the seller’s designated locations.
3. The cooling water pipes are connected in place. Pressure and flow meets the seller’s demand;
4. The lifting equipments are placed to cope with the construction in the suitable condition;
Equipment installation will be in accordance with the plan graph agreed by the related sides. The buyer can decide the installation location according to the site conditions, including cooling towers, transformers and other equipments, which should be (furnace, power) within a reasonable distance.
When the equipment installation is completed, before making equipment commissioning, the buyer should have prepared the following items:
1. The related test provided the electricity sector and the transformer should operate before finishing the connection of transformer high-side and all other necessary requirements. If the problem is due to the transformer offered by the seller and the additional expenses will be responsible by the seller;
2.Providing stove operators,(the technical guidance provided by the seller)The seller will complete the installation and commissioning in four weeks.
Seller should provide "K-- technical documents, drawings, operation and maintenance manuals," which includes the necessary the plan graph of the equipment civil.
The seller is responsible for the construction quality and the management and security of construction team.
Training
The seller will send the engineers to provide the maintenances, repair and operations training for the buyers. The training will run through the entire process of equipments’ installation and commissioning, and after normal operation, will provide the proper and safe methods of operation and personal protection knowledge to the operators;
Within 30 days after the end of the installation, final acceptance of the equipment should make.
