The process for direct welding copper enameled wire is using a tip made from W or Mo to get heat, with appropriate pressure, the enameled wire be weld to the work parts. For automatic direct welding machine for enameled wire, because the heat of the tip is becoming much higher the one after another, it need the welding power supply to put out current less and less to keep the heat the same intelligently.
