 High Power Single Emitters                

         

Based on GaAs, AlGaAs or InGaAs MOCVD technologies, NDL is able to provide high power laser diodes with max optical output power >5W and high EO efficiency up to >60%. These high power single emitters are widely used for solid-state pumping, infrared lighting, fiber coupling and etc.
