Slurry Pump Impeller: A slurry impeller, either elastomer or high-chrome material, is the main rotating component which normally has vanes to impart the centrifugal force to the liquid.
Slurry Pump Casing: Split outer casing halves of cast contain the wear liners and provide high operation pressure capabilities. Casing creates a desirable flow pattern and converts kinetic energy into pressure energy.
Slurry Pump Shaft and Bearing Assembly: A large diameter shaft with a short overhang minimize deflection and vibration. Heavy duty roller bearing are housed in a removable bearing cartridge.
slurry Pump Shaft Sleeve: A hardened, heavy duty corrosion resistant sleeve with O-ring seals at both ends protects the shaft.A split fit allows the sleeve removed or installed quickly.
Slurry Pump Shaft Seal: Soft packing seal, Mechanical seal, Expeller drive seal.
Slurry Pump Drive Type: V-belt drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive, and frequency conversion drive devices.

Semi-open impeller: Less prone to clogging than closed impeller.Slightly lower efficiency than closed impellers.
Closed impeller: More efficient than open impellers. More prone to clogging. It is not suitable for slurries with large particles and long fibers.
Pump parts material: for all kinds of arduous applications, wear resistant high chrome alloy,
various of elastomer, modified natural rubber, and longer wear life polyurethane, ceramic are available.
