Q: Where could i purchase the JinLiSheng Soft Ice Cream Machines?

A: Welcome to contact with our factory directly to purchase the machine. You could also choose to purchase our machine from our distributor dealer in your country.

Q: How long the machine takes to make ice cream?

A: At the very beginning, takes about 15minutes, then you could dispense the soft ice cream. When the ice cream become too soft to shape, please wait about one to two minutes, then you could continue to dispense the ice cream.

Q: How to clean the machine? 

A: The cleaning of the Jin Li Sheng Soft Ice Cream Machine is very simple.

The machine with auto cleaning function.

Fill the cleaning water into the mix hoppers, press the WASH button, the clean water will be agitated inside the freezing cylinder. Wait about 5 minutes, pull off the draw handles to dispense the cleaning water. Repeat this step until the cleaning water coming out is clear.

When brush clean the mix hopper, please take care of the mix low sensor (if the machine is configured with mix low alert function)

Q: How could i place an order?

A: When you are ready to place an order, please confirm us the model, order quantity, provide us the detailed consignee information, including the company name (or personal name if you plan to import the machine under your personal name), contact address, contact phone number, and contact person.

We will make and send you a Proforma Invoice after received your confirmed order.

We will start the production immediately after received your advance payment.

Q: What ice cream ingredients could i use?

A: Both powder mix and liquid mix for soft ice cream / frozen yogurt could be used.

For the liquid mix, since the mix is ready for use, just open the box/bag, and fill into the mix hopper is ok.

For the powder mix, please prepare the mix by following the instructions on the package of the ingredients.

Q: Could i fill mix into only one mix hopper?

A: No, please never do this. 

For a same freezing system with two or more mix hoppers, please make sure all the mix hoppers filled with enough mix, before press the AUTO button to activate the production mode.

Q: Customized advertising sticker, logo accepted?

A: Yes. You could choose to attach your customized advertsing sticker or logo on your machines.
