General Introduction
The 20ft shipping container will be designed and constructed for the transportation of general cargo on sea and on land throughout the world, and will be suitable for the environmental conditions imposed by those modes of transport.
All materials used in the construction will be able to withstand extreme temperature ranging from -30°C to 70°C without effect on container's strength and watertightness.
The 20ft cargo container is approved by Classification Society, such as BV GL ABS CCS. and meet requirement of ISO, UIC, TIR, CSC, TCT.
Product Description
20ft shipping container is considered a standard container. It 8ft 6in high on the exterior. The container is comprised of 14-gauge corrugated steel panels throughout. It has lockable double doors on one end. It is equipped with 1- 1/8 thick marine plywood flooring on the interior.It has become the standard for portable job site storage and commercial storage solutions.Fits in a single parking space and can be transported and delivered on a much smaller and maneuverable vehicle than the larger containers.

- For 20ft shipping container, there is no any package requirement.
- 2 units of 10 foot container will be connceted together as one 20ft container when shipping, which not only is very easy, but also save some cost in sea freight.

Intermodal Containers are constructed of COR-TEN Steel, a.k.a. corten steel. COR-TEN steel is formulated to be resistant to corrosion. Although resistant to corrosion, it is not impervious to it and unpainted areas should be cleaned and spot painted to insure long life.
