Material introduction

 

All material we used have passed food-grade certification.

 

1.PVC

Advantage: the cheapest and very common material.Very easy to be sealed by heat sealing machine.

Disadvantage:not environmental and flammable.It produces toxic substance.

We advise  that PVC is not usable in food package industry.

2.PS.

Advantage:very easy to vacuum thermoformed and environmental.It is always usable in trays as flock trays,electronic products package,medical,cosmetic,hardware area.

Disadvantage:it is a bit fragile and easy to torn off.

3.PP

Advantage:High melting point and can be miscrowaveable,widely used in food packaging.

Disadvantage:It shrinks when vacuum thermoform,though it does not pass the Halogen Free Test but it is food grade material.

4.PET(APET&PETG)

Both are high transparent and environmental.

PETG:the only one which passed the Free-halogen Test
