NBR powder (PNBR GM50), a power elastomer made by a special process, is the copolymer of low temperature polymerization by butadiene and acrylonitrile. State of raw rubber has block, emulsion, liquid, graininess and powder. The particle size of PNBR is usually between 0.3-0.6mm, and it has good flowability and basic properties of the rubber. Compared with the block rubber, PNBR eliminates the need for cutting process and achieves powder dry-blending during the processing. Meanwhile, the thermoplastic processing is not required. PNBR has good dispersion, and shortens the mixing time. It can be mixed directly with the compounding agents to extrude or injection, to save energy and reduce heat accumulation to reduce scorch during processing. The products do not agglomerate during the storage and transportation process.

Application

NBR GM50  is widely used in rubber product processing and performance improvement ,resin modification (such as PVC, PF, EP, SAN and EVA resin toughened, antiwear and oil resistance modified). PNBR can be used to produce wear-resistant materials such as brake pad, oil resistant rubber hoses,doors and windows, sealing strips, sealing products, adhesives and cable and wire products,shoe material, microporous sponge bottom, car dashboards, safety shield, PVC fire hose, belt conveyor (PVC, PVG), and other products.
