Each event is stored in the Log where you can filter for users, keys and so on. One cabinet can manage up to 200 keys but more cabinets can be connected together so the number of keys are unlimited, which can be controlled and configured from a central office. The system is a locked physical cabinet that has individual locks for each key inside. Staff member accesses smart key cabinet using a PIN, card reader, or biometric fingerprint scanner. The A-180E system unlocks the specific key(s) the staff member has been given access to. After use, the staff member returns the key to the cabinet and make any necessary reports into the system The system administrator has real-time data on which keys or equipment are signed out by whom and can access a full history of every transaction made. | |
