Acoustic insulation,sound absorption,polyester cotton, polyester insulation is made of 100% high density fiber after hot- prossed to cotton shape. And we use different hot-press to reach different density and sure its ventilation, which makes it becomes excellent sound absorption and insulation products. It’s a kind of new developed product that with good soundproof effect and without harm to human being, which is better than glass fiber cotton. Polyester fiber acoustic cotton is widely used cinema,recording room, music studio, movie theater, personal studio, and other places where need high requirement about sound-absorption.

Installation
Ceiling installing
1. Cutting the cotton into the size and shape according to the need.
2. After installing the steel light keel of wooden keel, fix polyester fiber acoustic cotton into the grid of the keel.
3. Covering with mass loaded vinyl.
4. Sticking with fiberglass acoustic ceiling panel or decorative tiles.
Wall installing
1. Cutting the cotton into the size and shape according to the need.
2. After installing the steel light keel of wooden keel, fix polyester fiber acoustic cotton into the grid of the keel.
3. Covering with mass loaded vinyl and sound-insulation board.
4. Brushing putty powder outside the anti-fire sound insulation board or sticking with fabric acoustic panel or polyester fiber acoustic panel or wooden acoustic panel or other decorative tiles.
