What is solar water pump?
Solar water pump system is composed of solar pumping inverter, 3 phase AC pump, and solar array. The solar array is composed of many solar cells panels in series and in parallel, and absorbs irradiation from Sunlight, and converts into electrical energy (DC). Inverter controls and regulates pumping operation system and converts DC voltage from PV modules to AC to drive the AC pump, with the function of MPPT and it regulates the output frequency according to irradiation in actual time to achieve the maximum power. The AC pump driven by a 3 phase induction motor, draws water from well or rivers and lakes, then water reserved on tank/ponds for irrigation systems or other applications. Based on the requirements and installation conditions, different types of pumps will be required.

Solar panel
The solar cell is made according to the photovoltaic effect theory, and it can converted solar radiation energy into electrical directly. A solar cell can only generate a about 0.5 volts, the voltage is far lower than the actual use of the desired voltage. In order to meet the needs of practical application ,solar cells should be connected to solar panels. Solar panels contains a certain number of solar cells, these solar cells are connected through a wire. Such as a component, the number of solar cell 72, which means that a solar module can produce about 36 volts.
Pump inverter integrated controller
Solar water pump controller is with maximum power point tracking technology (MPPT) to maximize the conversion of electrical energy of the solar panels for the water pump powered. Solar water pump controller have the display unit to display a square solar cells voltage, current, output voltage, current, power, cumulative power generation, operating status, abnormal alarm and the electrical parameters. At the same time with a standard electrical communication interface, enabling remote monitoring.
Water pump
Water pump is a equipment for lifting water , because the solar water system will take the frequency conversion function, you need to use water pump with three-phase 380V or three-phase 220V. To be based on the actual usage of the pump , the lift height and water yield, as well as consider the local lighting conditions.
