Clear Polycarbonate (PC) Film roll for Instrument Panel
KLX PC-811A film is a polished/polished film processed in a clean room by using low-stress technique. Various defects on the surface can be detected, located & counted through On Line Flawscan System. This film offers excellent clarity in all thickness, high heat resistance and superior dimensional stability for graphic art applications. This makes it the excellent candidate for LED/LCD windows, toys, helmets and for applications where second surface printing is desirable such as fascia panels for household appliances, audio/video equipment and automotive dials. KLX PC-811A film with high gloss surface can be embossed or selectively textured by screen printing & planting processing for aesthetic & optical purposes.
