Q1. Are you manufacturer?
A: YES! We are professional manufacturer of vehicle wash brush and house holding cleaning tools. To gain competitive in the market,we intergrate product design,mold developpment and making,plastic injection,bristle planting & flagging,printing and assembling in the factory.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery or against bill of lading copy. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. 

Q3. How does control quality in your factory? 

A: Quality is priority! XSS people always pay great attention to quality control from the very beginning to the very end.

1). 100% flow through wash brush need to be tested in the course of production.
2).  Adopt differents Fixtures to control quality and reduce human error.

3).   Skilful workers are specially responsible for quality checking in handling the producing and packing processes.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends 
on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the 1-2pcs of free sample each item if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. For special samples,we will take charge of sample according to exact request.
