Description

Sulfur Burner is the best tool for preventing and ridding your greenhouse of pests and fungus, and works especially well on powdery mildew and thrips. This burner is designed to heat the sulfur to the necessary temperature for vaporization (140°C) and will cover approximately 1,000 sq. ft.

- 1 unit covers 1,000 square feet
- Only perform treatments during the vegetative plant stage. Do not use at least two weeks before harvest.
- Turn off all fans and ventilation during the treatments
- Perform treatments at night
- Evacuate the area during treatment
- It is recommended to use this unit in conjunction with a timer so the process may be automated and the user can avoid exposure

HOW IT WORKS
Once the sulfur is heated to a certain temperature by the burner, the vapors get released into the air and gently coat the plants in your greenhouse. This sulfur coating changes the natural pH on the surface of the leaves, creating an atmosphere that is not suitable for fungus and pest reproduction.

WHAT YOU NEED
You will need to purchase sulfur pellets to use with this burner. It is also recommended to use a timer, sold separately. Instructions and Sulfur Cup are included inside.

Instructions: 

1. Hang burner 2-3 feet above the tops of plants. Make sure the unit can freely receive air from all sides and is not hung near any combustible or flammable materials.

2. Fill the cup half-way with sulfur pellets and place it in the burner so it is sitting evenly on the heating plate. Plug in the unit and set hte timer. Times vary based on the size of the room. Do not exceed 4 hours.

3. Evacuate the area and do not return until 1-2 hours after the treatment is finished. 

4. For preventative use repeat treatments twice a week. To treat active infestations and breakouts repeat treatments 4 times a week until the problem is resolved.
