2. Brief introduction of production line and technological process

 

 Asphalt shingle has a base layer of glass fiber reinforcing mat. The mat is made from wet, random-laid fiberglass bonded with urea-formaldehyde resin. The mat is then coated with asphalt which contains mineral filler(rubber powder, talc powder).Then, it will be covered with different color sand and makes the fiberglass shingle waterproof.

Asphalt shingle is compatible with many different kinds of flashing and edging products, and doesn't require specialized accessories for roof edges, wall terminations, and chimney or vent flashings.
