What is your Warranty Policy?
Except as otherwise noted,our products are warranted to be free from defects in design,materials and workmanship for a fixed period of time as five (5) years from date of delivery.

All of our products are tested before shipment,and is shipped in good condition.Any damages or shortages evident when the product is received must be immediately reported to the commercial carrier who transported the products.

Always refer to our invoice number,model number when contacting us.If required,we will replace the defected product for customers.Freight and customs duties will be prepaid by us,at no charge to the buyer.

 

The following items are excluded from this warranty: 
1. Defects due to improper use by the buyer or inadequate maintenance by the buyer.
2. Physical damage resulting from an accident,misuse or abnormal condition of operation.

 

How could I get samples?
We can supply small quantity samples with your designs or with our own. If you have FedEx or DHL account or other collectable courier account and agree to pay the courier freight,we will give you a 50% rebate of sampling charge in your future formal order. 
If you don't have a courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company or send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T,WESTERN UNION,MONEYGRAM,OR PAYPAL.

 

Can you arrange the transportation for us?
Yes. We can arrange sea, air and Express courier transportation for different countries and regions all over the world.We can deliver the goods to the container yard of the main seaport in your country,to the main airport in your city,or to your company location directly.

 

How will the products be sent to us?
For small quantity samples,the goods usually will be sent to you by courier express or by air.    
For sample weight from 20 to 500 kgs,the goods will be sent to you by air to the airport near you. Otherwise the goods will be sent to you by LCL(Less than container load).   
For large quantity formal orders, the goods will be sent to you by full ocean container.,such as 20 feet container,40 feet container or 40 feet high cubic container.    
The transportation way depends on client's choice. The freight charge depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).

Yes.Our professional technical and design department will make various design recommendation according to your specific requirement with 3 dimension drawings for your reference.
