Brewery Introduction
Complete brewery equipment usually includes Mill, Brewhouse, Fermenter, Brite Tank, Glycol Chilling Unit, Control Panel, CIP, Keg Washer, Keg Filler, Bottling Line and Steam Boiler etc.

Key Configuration
1.) Brewhouse unit of brewery equipment
*Automatic 5 bbl two vessel brewhouse*
Features: It is typical two vessel brewhouse, mash/lauter tun and kettle/whirlpool tun. Two tanks are gathered a stainless steel frame. In this case, we are able to install every unit before shipping, so the customers do not need to spend time and effort on installation, which is very convenient. And all of valves are upgraded to pneumatic valve. The brewmaster can control valve on/off by touching screen. It can save labor efficiently.
*10 bbl micro brewery equipment with copper strips*
Features: For this brewery system, all of tanks are placed in a brewpub for showing, so both top and bottom are decorated with copper strip, which looks more beautiful and attractive.
*15 bbl Direct Fire heated brewhouse*
Features: The brewhouse is heated by direct fire. There should be a fire chamber and burner fitted on tank bottom. Compared with steam heating, it is more affordable. After all, the steam generator and pipeline is really expensive in some countries.
*20 bbl Four vessel brewhouse *
Features: the brewhosue are four vessel, mash tun+lauter tun+brew kettle+whirlpool tun with HLT. It supports brewmaster to brew 4-5 batches per day.

3.) New design of brewery equipment
*Acid Washing and Passivating*
Features: After polishing the inner finish, we would use acid to wash and passivate. In this case, the precision can reach 0.2-0.4um. As you know, the size of bad baterial is usually 0.6-0.7um, so they are not able to be remained in tank. It can protect beer from contamination further.
*Horizontal Racking Arm*
Features: Based on Horizontal racking arm, the brewmaster does not need to loose the tri clamp when they want to rotate the racking arm, which can avoid beer leaking very well.
