Before shipment every finished products must be tested through all our testing 

items and the failure rate is lower than 0.1%.

On the following items and within the warranty period, once identified, we can

change a new one for you.The step,as below:

1.The mirror of light is cracked (not by outer force). You need mark the cracking 

date on the light and then take a clear photo or video.

2.The PCB is out of condition. Please operate as the above.

Yes, Sample fee is refundable when order is up to certain quantity

For sample it is usually 1-3 days, bulk order 15-25days,custom-made order 1-3months

They are waterproof test, aging test, burn- in test, shock test and saline water test.
