Product Description
The machine is high precision 4 pillar guiding. The main machine is consist of up plate(also called up beam), down machine seat, move plate(move platform), oil cylinder and pillars. The oil cylinder is piston type, the piston installed into the down machine seat. Customer can choose to install two fast return cylinder at the machine two sides.
The machine has independent power mechanism and electrical system . The control box is positioned at the right side of the main machine. The machine adopts PLC control, equipped with LCD display screen. Buttons centralized control, easy to operate. Working pressure and heating temperature can be adjusted. The machine has manual operation mode and half automatic operation mode for choice.
The machine is single machine single pump station structure. Customers can also choose double(duplex) machine or multi machine connect work together. Hydraulic system and electrical system all have overload protection.
When the machine work, piston move from down to up to close the mold, compress the products into shape.
