Car motor assembly line designed for motors assembly, which used on throttle, Windows, seat, trunk and other parts of car, mainly includes the motor shell and inside washer assembly, magnetization, plastic small shell press-in, collar and outside washer press-in, gear press-in, motor pre-run testing, motor start testing, etc. Automatic feeding of material for each station, front and rear stations connect automatically, high production efficiency, the production capacity is up to 515 pcs/h; Stable and reliable performance, all the key stations have automatic inspection agencies, NG product can be automatically removed from the production line; Good compatibility, can produce the large range of motor specifications.

Big shell and inner washer using divider for multi-station assembly work at the same time, in order to save the assembly time and ensure the assembly precision; use the image recognition system to check if carbon brush is qualified.

Automatic magnetizing for motors.

The motor shell, stainless collar, internal/external washer, gear adopt the vibration bow automatic feeding.

Collar and washer press-in process use displacement transducer and servo-motor, to ensure that the assembly after the phantom value control within ±0.03mm; Collar and internal washer press-in structure has self-test function, to avoid washer assembled more or less than need.

Using pressure sensor detects collar press-in force, and detects material quality.

Motor pre-run testing use ammeter to detect whether there is blocked or break phenomenon.

Motor launch testing use high precision optical fiber detect if motor run in low voltage (0.7 V).

NG products on Key station can be recognized and collected automatically.
