3. Does Kinglos have minimum order requirements?

Total MOQ: 10 pcs( can mix different models and different size )
We also can sell 1pc sample for customer evaluating the quality

4. Which payment terms can Kinglos accept?

(1)Normally we can work on T/T term or L/C term. Paypal / west union
(2)On T/T terms: 30%down payment is required in advanced, and 70% balanced shall be settled before shipment. Or against B/L for old clients.
(3)On L/C terms: a 100% irrevocable L/C without “ Soft clauses” can be accepted.

5. What’s the shipping method ?

We can ship musical instruments by various transportation tool.
(1) For 90% of our shipment, will be shipped by sea, small part of shipping by air.
(2) Samples are usually shipped by international courier, such as DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX,EMS. Etc.

6. How do you guarantee the Quality ?

7. How long the delivery time?

Once order confirmed ,we will strictly fulfill order on quality requirements and delivery time. We will do the best service to customers with professional,efficient and effective work.
(1) Small orders, if we have in stock, can send within 2 day by EMS, shipping cost is very cheap.
(2) Big orders, takes 30-45days according to the order quantity after receiving deposit.
