Q 1. How long will it take to execute my order?
a) Regularly the order would be sent within 1-5 working days after payment confirmed.
b) If there is some special request for the order, it may needs some more days to finish production. Please contact salesman for estimated lead time.

Q 5. Can I visit you?
Sure, Please kindly let us know your schedule to China. Also it is pleasure for us to pick you up from Airport to hotel, and from hotel to our factory. And will send you back to hotel after visit.

Q 6. Do I need to send the defective products back to you for warranty?
No, you don't need to send it back for warranty. Cut off all wires, and take pictures to us for new replacement.
