A1: We are manufacturing company who is specialized in producing all kinds of wooden houses.
Q2: What kinds of wood do you use?
A2: Three kinds of wood are used: SPF ( Canadian Wood), Spruce(Korea) and Russia Pince Wood.
Q3: What’s your MOQ?
A3: Our MOQ is 20’GP, any small trial order is also welcomed and can be in a further discussion.
Q4: Do you provide samples?
A4: yes, we can. The sample will be cost 1.5 times of its original price but the extra cost will be return to you once you place the order.
Q5:Do you provide the painting?
A5: For the painting, our customers usually purchase it on their local market because of the difficulty of custom clearance.
Q6: Can you produce the wooden house according to our own design?
A6: yes, of course. We can do OEM or ODM.
Q7: what’s your payment terms and trade terms?
A7: 30%T/T deposit before production, the balance 70% against the copy of B/L. Our price based on FOB /CIF Price or other request.
