CIP cleaning system is used to sterilize and clean the pipes, filling valves, filling tanks and other liquid filling parts which contact with the filling material.

The whole unit is consisted by pure water tank, acid liquid tank, alkali liquid tank and other accessory parts.

Machine working principle:

The centrifugal pump of the unit conveys the cleaning liquid into the liquid pipes, filling valves and material tanks by high pressure. By acid liquid, alkali liquid and pure water washing and cleaning, the inner wall of the pipes, tanks can be sterilized and clean well. By this unit, the whole drink liquid processing line will no need to be dismantled and can be cleaned in a short time.

Characters of the CIP system:

1, it can be operated by manual or by computer. Sterilizing and cleaning time can be controlled.

2, Cleaning liquid can be recycled and with low energy consumption.

3, Cleaning liquid is heated by steam.

4, Temperature of the cleaning liquid can be controlled in the setting range.

5, Whole unit is made by 304 stainless steel.
