CZB Chemical pump Application :
This chemical centrifugal oil pump can be used for transmitting low temperature and high temperature liquid,neutral or corrosive liquid, clean liquid or liquid with little solid particles ,it can be used in such industires as chemistry, petrochemical industry,oil refining,papermaking and food and csmetic transfer ,etc.
CZB Chemical pump Property :
The rate of flow of centrifugal pump can reach 1200m3/h,the delivery head can reach 140m,the working pressure can reach 2.5MPa and the working temperature can reach -40degree -30degree. this series centrifugal pump has efficient wide area,low required net positive suction head value and good mechanical properties.
CZB Chemical pump Design Characteristics:
The axial force of CZB centrifugal pump can be balanced by using back blade and balanced hole in the van wheel.the shaft seal can be sealed by using soft packing or single or double face mechanical seal. the pump body of the pump with more than 80 caliber can be designed as the double spiral casing structure which makes the radial force of the vane wheel impacted by liquid always stay in the balanced state and extends the life of mechanical seal and bearing to the largest extent. the coupler can adopt balanced coupling with elastic spider or the diaphragm type extended coupling. the design of the frange adopts two standard franges. i.e. PN16 and PN25 and can also adopt two standard franges like the ANSI B16.5 and 150 pounds/hour in accordance with the needs of the users.
