Production Process
STEP 1
SAWING
Before production, we will cut the steel so that they can meet the demands of customers. Certainly, we can also do them by forging, casting and so on.
STEP 2
CNC MACHINING
We have many sets of CNC processing equipments. So, we can manufacture various spare parts for different materials and different shapes.The precision can reach 0.01mm.
STEP 3
MILLING & DRILLING
We can do the process of milling pin and drilling holes according to customers' requirements. And we can produce according to your drawings.
STEP 4
TOOTH MACHINING
We have various gear hobbing machine. So, we can process the teeth according to different product specification. They can be used for various pitch and modules. Meanwhile,we can also do gear grinding process to improve the teeth precision.
STEP 5
HEAT TREATING
We also have various quenching equipments, such as high-frequency quenching in teeth, whole parts carburizing and quenching, partial quenching. They can meet the demands of hardness of the spare parts.
STEP 6
HARDNESS TESTING
After finishing production, we will test the hardness to make sure that each of the products can meet the demands of the hardness in the drawings.
STEP 7
DIMENSIONAL INSPECTION
Certainly, we will also test the dimensions and appearance of the spare parts to avoid the shipment of sub-quality products.
STEP 8
PACKAGE
Finally, we will pack them in wooden cases.
STEP 9
Transport shipments
We can ship them by sea, by air, by railway and so on. Certainly, you can also choose to ship by express, such as UPS, DHL, Fedex and so on.
