Inspect your crucible frequently for cracks, wear and deterioration. The crucible walls and base
sloughs off with each use, causing the graphite crucible to become thinner. A leaking crucible can cause element and thermocouple failure.

 Smelting
1. Open furnace cover, put the crucible by tongs with melting material into the furnace, close Lid.
2. Turn on the red switch, press the red button to start the melting process, the round indicator light will be light. Then the thermostat control melting automatically.
IV. Pour metal liquid process.(Note:Make sure bear on insulating gloves and glasses during operation)
1. After 15minutes, setting temperature is reached.
2. Wait for 5minutes, open the lid with insulating gloves and glasses to check
3. If melted, metal liquid will appear, it not melted, go on melting.
4. Put it on the insulating tray, wait for cooling with 10 second.
5. Pour the melten into the mould, put the crucible in the tray hole.
6. Turn off red switch and green switch, close lid.
Melting ends, smelting metal can be continued processed according to the user actual demand.
