PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION
POLYETHYLENE FOAM MATTRESS EQUIPMENT
EPE foaming machine mainly used to produce EPE sheet, after thawing the LDPE resin mixed with butane gas, talcum powder, anti-shrinkage agents and other agents through the extruder and foaming from the die and die lip, then after setting ring fixed to the sheet size, the final product take-up by the roller.
Technology
Pe foam sheet machine produces closed find cell polyethylene foam sheet by our unique designed screw and barrel system using butane,talc master batch and GMS(surface active agent)by accumulated experience and advanced technology.
The smaller epe foam sheet machine can produce epe foam fruit net, epe foam tube/rod, epe foam edge guard or corner guard via different tractor and die head.
PAYMENT TERMS
Pay 30% in advance then T/T the balance before shipment.
LEAD TIME
Delivery 45 days after we are receipt of your prepayment.
