AT516 DC resistance meter adopts high-performance ARM microprocessor, it is a desktop instrument that can do full-automatic real-time test with 0.05% accuracy and 1μΩ~20MΩ measurement range. With 5 digits display, 30000 reading, the maximum sampling rate is 7ms. The built-in temperature compensation interface to reduce the tolerance. The built-in 14 bins of comparator output, can setup 10 GD bins, all the comparator results can be output by Handler interface.
The standard RS-232 interface, using SCPI, it can be communicated with PC, PLC or WINCE, to efficiently complete remote control and data acquisition.
