Product overview, features and applications:

Mainly used for blanching vegetables, fruits, aquatic products before quick-freezing and pre-dehydration,especially suitable for granular and small block products.

The spiral blancher adopts the design of both internal and external cylinders, and the external cylinder is made of punching plate. The materials are pushed by spiral sheets between the internal and external cylinders. A group of steam heating pipes are equipped in the water tank. According to the processing of different materials temperature characteristics, equipment temperature can be set and automatically control. .

The water tank is designed with a water-sealed steam cover, and sanitary and clean doors on both sides, which can be easily switched. The transmission adopts cycloidal gear reducer, and the blanching time is adjusted by frequency conversion.

In addition to reducer, electrical components and other standard parts,others are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which makes the equipment durable, stable and reliable in performance, and has advantages of simple operation, easy maintenance, low energy consumption, labor saving, raw materials will not be damaged, high cleaning effect.
