This high tenacity oxford fabric series includes N6 500D(530D), N66 500D, N6 1000D (1050D), N66 1000D, N6 HT 1000D, 500D/1000D laminated 1000DD laser cut fabrics, polyester HT 900D. There are different strengths and prices. Please consult our expert to select the appropriate fabric according to your physical requirements.
DURASHELL®
SZI has its own workwear fabric brand DURASHELL®. This durable soft shell fabric series has 2 layer or 3 layer lamination. This series of fabrics can be used for tactical jackets, outdoor jackets, sanitation worker uniforms, reflective jackets, electronics factory uniforms, and etc. It also includes knitted fabrics and woven fabrics, and can be customized according to your requirements.
DURAMESH®
SZI's mesh fabric brand, DURAMESH®, includes a series of high tenacity mesh fabrics, like polyester 260gsm HT mesh(solid color, high vis color, printed and NIR/IRR printed camouflage), 420gsm HT mesh, and 3mm 3d mesh. These three are hot selling mesh fabrics for outdoor backpacks, tactical backpacks, tactical vests, and etc. They have high breaking force and high bursting strength.

A1: We are mainly product technical fabric. We have four series main products. They are government garments and backpacks fabric、work wear fabric、outdoor garments and backpacks fabric and medical use fabric.
Q2: Where is your main market?
A2: Our products mainly export to European countries、USA、Canada、Middle east、Southeast Asian and China
Q3: Do you sale stock products?
A3: We normally produce products according to customer’s orders. We don’t sale stocks.We also have some fabrics in stock sometimes, but we need to consult in advance
Q4: Do you cooperate with some famous brand or customer?
A4: We supply our fabric for the government products. Such as FR,GER,CH, FI, Indonesia, RU, UA,PK,G etc. Our fabric also use for the team garments for the Canadian ice hockey team.
Q5: What the capacity of your factory each month?
A5: The total capacity is around 3 million meters per month.
Q6: What the MOQ for bulk order?
A6: The MOQ for piece dyed fabric is 1000M per color, 3000M per shipment. The MOQ for long continue dyed fabric is 3000M per color, 5000M per shipment.
Q7: What the lead time for bulk order?
A7: The delivery time for each products and order quantity will be difference. The normal delivery time for fabric with grey cloth in stock is about 20-30days after approval color lab dips. If there don’t have grey cloth in stock, the delivery time should be discussed in details.

A8: If we have stock grey cloth the MOQ for sample order is 100M/Color with surcharge. We should discuss case by case if the fabric don’t have stock grey cloth.

A9: If you accept sample in any color, we can make dyeing with other orders to short the lead time in about 7-10days. If you want us to make the sample according to your color, the lead time is about 15-20days after approval color lab dips.
