Structure Feature and Advantages:

ZONGRUI adopts 3d Design System to ensure the accuracy of CTP fittings through simulation before processing.Simple and effective design improves the precision.

Electric Parts:

More Pneumatic Components are adopted. Cylinder, Air Valves and other components are used as SMC Pneumatic Products, improving the reliability of the Air line. Each cylinder is attached to a Magnetic Switch and Flow Valve to ensure reliable running speed and position of the piston stability.

Plate Loading and Unloading:

Two types of Plate Loading: Automatic and Semi-auto. Overall framework adopts MISUMI Aviation Special Aluminum in lightweight but strong structure. Plate Unloading Part is incorporated with the bridge as one, to make the whole structure more compact and Unloading reliable.

Plate Auto Loading is Optional:

For Automatic models,In plate adjustment and loading devices,we use new solutions which is different from the current plate loading method, through plate adjustment up and down.When plate loading,it can achieve the separation of the plate and liner. The arrangement of the plate when pre-installed,make the plate loading accurate.

Perfect Drum Structure:

Drum need to be made Three-Level Equilibrium, including the balance of the plates,finally controlled within the range of 1 g. The precision of Drum processed need to be controlled within a range of 0.008 mm. From the surface of the Drum, Plates fixed by Vacuum Absorption Clamp Bar effectively reduced the probability of plates flying.

High Precision Ball Screw:

Top class quality Ball Screw can provide no shaking movements for the laser lens, in order to ensure that the lens and drum surface keep constant distance, achieve the uniform exposure.

Stable Laser Unit and Data Transferring System: 

Adopt imported Laser lens. Laser Module and Lens Imaging Module are integrated into a Lens Scanning Unit, so it the maximum shorten the length of the fiber.When the lens move, it can ensure the relative position unchanged between the Laser Module and the Lens Imaging Module, the device of imaging facula does not change as the Lens moving, so that it raised largely the quality of imaging.

Thermostat System:

The Thermostat System of Laser System, can ensure the consistency of the Laser working environment, reduce the requirement for the ambient temperature, and enhance the life and stability of the laser.

Driving:

The main drive adopts Mitsubishi Motors imported from Japan, guarantees the stable running of drum as a speed 1050 Rev/Min. DDS Speed Lock Structure.The precision of plate size can be controlled to 10μm level.

Dynamic Balancing self-adjusting:

Drum’s precision dynamic balancing self-adjusting, can be adjusted automatically to adapt all plate sizes allowed. Ensure the life of Drum Bearing, improve the accuracy of the plate making. Bearing is selected as imported one, with Dual Bearing Redundant Design, effectively reduce the drum circumferential and errors of axial drive.
