1. What’s your MOQ? Flexible MOQ policy , price depends on quantity ; Larger quantity more discount ! Sample order/trial order is acceptable !
2. Do you have a catalog/quotation? Yes, we can send you the basic quotation list for reference.Price and terms is negotiable according to specific case.
3. Can I get a free sample? For the first cooperation, normally we will charge sample fee; But sample fee is refundable. It depends on the quantity of actual order. Partial or full sample fee will be returned to customer accordingly. It's negotiable according to specific case.
4.Can you offer OEM service? Yes, we are capable of manufacturing any wedding rings & fashion jewelries according to your samples,drawings, sketches, photos etc.
5. How about your quality? We inspect each item before delivery it to clients, and we promise that if our products have any serious quality problem, we will take full responsibility, and return the money. So, please don't worry about the quality.
6. What's your shipping cost? The shipping cost depends on the weight of goods, so only after we know your required quantity, then we can check the estimate shipping cost for you. Here we have discount from our shipping agent by DHL/UPS/FedEx, so the shipping cost is very favorable.
7. What's your payment method ? We accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union, Alibaba Trade Assurance etc.
8. What’s your delivery date? Normally our delivery date for sample order is about 2-3 weeks; And for bulk order is about 25-30 business days upon the receipt of your deposit.
