The platinum catalyst is a high reactive and high catalytic platinum catalyst. It can catalytic the addition reaction without side-product of Si-Vi and Si-H efficiently. And the product is with advantages of good stability and strong toxic resistance which avoid appearing of the atrament in storage or processing and decrease the influence of nitrogen, vulcanization containing substance.
