Super heat-resisting series of canned motor pumps can convey 350aC liquid without using cooling water or causing heat loss.\t’



The super heat-resisting series of canned motor pumps with inorganic insulation system can convey high-temperature liquid even at 350°C without cooling water, which greatly reduces the heat loss of system, and utilizes the heat loss of motor as heating source, saving so much energy.



The motor is cooled by high-temperature conveyed liquid, so the heat-resisting temperature of the motor is the sum of temperature rising values of motor and liquid. Proved by heat-resisting life test, the temperature of the motor can resist reach 400 °C .

Super heat-resisting series of canned motor pumps are most suitable used for the follows: High-temperature liquid pump Generally high-temperature separation-type canned motor pumps (Type B) are used to convey high-temperature liquid through cooling water. In comparison with them, super heat-resisting series of canned motor pumps have the following advantages:

Remarks

1.\tThe rated current and the starting current at the rated voltage of 400/440V (50/60Hz) is 1/2 of that at the rated voltage of 200/220V (50/60Hz).
2.\tThe highest heating temperature of the jacket of Model Y is equal to the highest temperature (allowable liquid temperature) of the conveyed liquid.
3.\tSuper C coils (resistant to 400 °C) are used for Model X and Model Y. The anti hazard classification is

4.\tThe highest temperature of the conveyed liquid is the limit value of the liquid temperature at the motor inlet.
5.\tWhen the canned motor is driven by the frequency converter, it is necessary to check the combination of the frequency converter and the canned motor.
6.\tThe blank means that it is under inspection provision.
