The Dryer machine for drying sawdust is an ideal production with small investment and fast profit.Low noise, low power consumption, easy to adjust, easy for raw materials with heavy moisture content that above 15%, you need to install a drier, this drier reduces the moisture content below 15% before feeding them into Biomass / Charcoal Briquetting Screw Press.

Features of sawdust dryer machine :

1, dry raw materials: rice hulls, sawdust and after smashing of the bubble flowers, branch, of wood and other granular materials (less than 3 mm in diameter and length less than 5 mm).

2, the production efficiency: hot air for 180 °C, relative humidity sawdust of 35% dry to relative to 10%.

The hot air temperature not below 180 °C,  can be up to 300 °C.

3, fuel can choose: wood (broken wood), coal, steam.
