Our leaf springs could be applied in Japanese models, European models, American models and Chinese models, just to name a few. The raw materials we use are 60Si2Mn, Sup9 and 50CrVA. We have been a major supplier for SANY GROUP in Mainland China. And our products have been exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle-East, Europe, Africa and South America.
In your inquiry, please kindly put down the OE numbers, chord length, curve length, width, thickness, camber and diameter of ears. You may send us drawings or photos marked with technical information. Or you may put pieces of paper under the leaf spring and draw the outline, as illustrated below, and scan the pics and email them to us. The more specific your information is, the better our product will match your prototype.
The leaf springs will be firstly fixed in a steel pallet; and then wrapped up with plastic. We may also do the packing according to your requirement.
2. What is the minimum order quantity?
100-200 pcs for delivering to your designated location in Mainland China and 15 tons for 1*20 GP.
3. Do you sell assemblies or single pieces?
Assemblies and single pieces are both available.
4. Where is your factory?
Our factory is located in Longyan City, which is only 2 hours away from Xiamen by car or 1 hour by bullet train. You may fly to Xiamen and then we'll pick you up at the airport if you want to visit our factory.
