Standard features:
* Non magnetic high grade stainless steel construction.
* Heating module can be lifted up for easy frypot cleaning. When heating module is detached, power supply to heating element is cut off instantly for safety.
* Thermostat control up to 190oC (please check with us if you need computer programming controlled fryer).
* Frypot depth: 180 mm.
* 20 mm cold zone reduces wasteful oil deterioration by trapping crumbs under the cooking area.
* Water proof on/off switch with oil resistant protection cover.
