In this CFB boiler, there is a platen super-heater is set as high temperature super-heater in the furnace to avoid ash stratification and high temperature corrosion.

2.Coal Saving 3% to 5%:The boiler runs in low bed pressure to reduce the backpressure in furnace, lower the material density in the secondary air region, enhance the high secondary air's penetration and perturbation effect and improve the combustion efficiency.
3.Less abrasion:The heat-absorbing surface suffers little abrasion and this boiler can run more than 8000 hours within one year.
4.Low resistance:After the technological improvement, the new generation high-effective cyclone separator is promoted. Its d50 is 12 micrometer and its d99 is 100 micrometer. Its separator efficiency is over 99.6%. The total resistance is less than 1100pa.
