1)Before the installation, please read the installation instructions carefully.
2)Don’t filter hot water above 40℃and cold water below 5 ℃. Don’t put the system and pipeline close to high temperature .
3)Don’t make the pipeline bended. TO increase service life of your system, the machine need to put additional stage in the place with poor water quality.
4)Open the inlet switch until the drain from faucet flows out in order to increase lifetime of cartridge filter .
5)Please contact distributors in local place or service center of our company ,once you have any questions or give me some advice .
2.Installation
A. short three way valve
B. ball valve
C. PP sediment filter cartridge with outer diameter 60mm for 5micron
D. block activated carbon filter with outer diamerter 68mm for 10micron CTO)
E. granular activated carbon filter with outer diameter 72mm(GAC)
F. water faucet
Please open the housing and then put filter cartridge into housings(the packaged film of cartridges must be removed before install), and then use the wrench tight the housing. And then connect diverter with faucet and fasten cranes
3. Function Characteristic
There are many filtration media for our system ,namely PP, activated carbon filter , granular carbon filter and so on . the function of them as follows :
!)PP filter : To remove sand,silt,solloid and any other suspension its diameter more than 5micron in water and adsorb odor,chlorine and its outgrowth in raw water
2)activated carbon filter:To adsorb odor,chlorine and its outgrowth in raw water
3) granular carbon filter: To adsorb odor,chlorine and its outgrowth in raw water
You can choose different cartridge filter to meet your requirement of filtration according to water quality situation in your local place .
