This little owl floats on the water and it stays flashing as long as its floating. It can also flash if the contacts on the bottom are touched and then it will turn off after 18-20 seconds if its not in water and the contacts are no longer touched. When it flashes it scrolls between the red, blue and yellow colors and mixes the colors. Its very ducky and cute.
