Working Principle for GKH Separation Centrifuge

Introduction

GKH horizontal siphon peeler/scraper discharge centrifuges main apply to separate /clean/dewater kinds of  material , especially that are sticky poder material  like starch, soda ash, PVC, NaCl, fertilizer and so on , widely used in food, industry, chemistry .

GKH Series are centrifuges with scraper discharge and automatic batch operation at full speed.. they are capable of full automatic (PC controller) . Matching electric and hydraulic controller , it can control all the process of  the feeding ,separating ,washing and discharge at full speed

 

Principle For GKH Separation Centrifuge

The main motor drives the inside and outside bowl at full speed, the materials to be separated fed into the bowl, under the huge centrifugal force, the liquid phases go through the filtering bag and the inside bowl and gathering at the gap between the two bowl, the liquid phase continuously go across the room of siphon, and finally move out the machine (centrifuge). At the same time, the solid phase stay at the inside bowl and are becoming the filter cake. Stop feeding when reach the max. loading capacity, continuously separate and wash until being over, the scraper automatic rotate and discharge the solid phase out of the machine, after self-cleaning , begin the next cycling

1 The materials to be separated are suspend liquid ,solid-liquid and so on .

2 There are density contract of the suspended liquid

3 the concentration of the solid phase >20%, while that of the liquid phase < 10-2Pa.s . and the diameter of the solid phase > 0.015mm

4 Working temperature: no more than 100 c
