Q: What's your MOQ, shipping and payment terms?
A : Auditorium chair:100 seats, telescopic bleacher: 100 seats per set, stadium chairs: 1000 seats.
Orders less than our MOQ is acceptable but based on different shipping terms.
Shipping is from Chongqing Port, but other port in China is acceptable.
Payment: 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance payment after inspection before shipping.
Q: What's the warranty of your products?
A : 5 years for auditorium chairs, telescopic bleacher and stadium chairs. During this period, if any damage caused by non-artificial fault, we will provide the replacement spare parts, otherwise there will be a charge for those spare parts.
Q: What's the delivery time?
A : It's about 20-40 working days according to different quantities.
Q: Can you provide the CAD drawings?
A : Yes, we can make the plan for the clients according to the dimension and requirements.
