Hubei Jinlong New Materials Co., Ltd was established in 1988. It has been specialized in PVC tarpaulin materials and industry textile materials for 25 years.
In 2004, Hubei Jinlong became the pointed production enterprise for tarpaulin cover materials of truck and train by the Chinese Railway of Ministry.
In 2010, Hubei Jinlong became the pointed production enterprise for relief tent by Chinese Civil Affairs Ministry.
In 1999, Hubei Jinlong began to import production lines for PVC flex banner and became one of the earliest enterprise for flex banner production.
In 2010, the factory spent 200million importing high technology and production equipment for PVC film calendar, fabric weaving, coating and laminating producing from Italy, Germany and Taiwan. These are high-tech and leading machines both in domestic and for foreign countries which make us be the only factory who can cover fabric, PVC film calendar production, coating and laminating production all together produced in one big enterprise, of which is specialized in high-tech outdoor and indoor PVC flex banner and PVC tarpaulin new materials. The production capacity per year is 100million square meters and 50million square meters each to meet all customers and different market.

1. Are you factory?Can we visit your factory?
Yes, we are an professional manufacture of PVC tarpaulin material for truck cover, water bag, inflatable bounce, swimming pool and other finished products.
And the advertising material such as frontlit, backlit, blockout PVC flex banner material.

2. How can you control the quality?
We have our own system to control the quality.
When producting, Our QC will test the Tensile strength,Tear strength,Adhesion and so on.
Once any problem, we will give up or cute those material from the good quality material.
The stable quality will help you to get more market and make the market is stable too.
3.What's your MOQ?Does LCL is ok?
Our MOQ is 3000 meters long(the width can be from 1.5-5.5 meters).
LCL is also ok, but the cost will be higher than FCL loading.
4.If can provide free sample to us?
Yes, we can provide free samples to you.
A4 size or within 1x1 meters sample are free for you, our free delivery express is China EMS.
5.What's the delivery time?
In normal, If the fabric is normal use daily, the lead time can be 15 days ( several container quantity).
And if the fabric is special, the lead time should be about 20 days.
But we suggest you can place the order in advance to avoid the risk.
