Haiwang brominated flame retardant organic chemical auxiliary agent concluding our major halogen free products as following: dbdpe, dbdpo, brominated flame retardant masterbatch and nitrogen flame retardant melamine cyanurate (mca). All chemical auxiliary agent are wildly used in industries of plastic, textile, rubber and cable.

dbdpe:Decabromodiphenyl ethane (dbdpe) which is produced by Shandong Haiwang Chemical Co. Ltd is an additive environmental flame retardant which not contains any heavy metals, PBBs, PBDEs. It is widely used in engineering plastic, cable material, elastomer and thermosetting plastic industries etc. This chemical auxiliary agent product has passed SGS certification, compliance with the EU RoHS environmental directives.

The advantages of dbdpe:

a. It is features of high content of bromine, well thermal stability, good ability of UV-resistance and not easy to precipitation.

dbdpo:Decabromodiphenyl oxide (DBDPO) which is produced by Shandong Haiwang Chemical Co. Ltd is a kind of universal additive flame retardant. This chemical auxiliary agent features of high purity, high content of bromine, no corrosion, insoluble in water, ethanol, acetone, benzene etc. It is slightly soluble in chlorinated aromatic hydrocarbons and has excellent thermal stability.

Application Area: It is widely used in rubber, textile, electrical, engineering plastic industries, especially suitable for synthetic materials such as PE, PP, ABS, PA, PS, PBT etc.

dbdpe masterbatch: The chemical auxiliary agent is made of dbdpe powder, nucleating agent, dispersing agent etc. Granulation is extruded by the twin-screw after efficient mix. This masterbatch as a flame retardant is not only mainly used in the engineering plastics such as electronic industries, electrical appliances, lamps and lanterns etc., but also wildly used in wire, cable, pipe and sheet. The usage method and adding amount is equal to powder. Carrier can be adjusted according to customer’s demand.

abs flame retardant masterbatch: The chemical auxiliary agent product code of ABS flame retardant masterbatch is HW8350WT – 102, which is extruded from efficient mixed environmental brominated flame retardant and other additives by following an optimal formula.

Applied Range and Usage:

ABS masterbatch is specially designed and developed for its flame retardancy and it is a dedicated masterbatch for ABS flame retardant. Based on the size and thickness of target product, it will be reached UL94-V0 level easily after adding 18%-22% of the masterbatch by directly injection molding or blending extrusion. It is also applicable to PA, PBT, HIPS, PP and PE etc.

pp flame retardant masterbatch (NON-PRECIPITATING, ul94 v2 grade): The product code of flame retardant masterbatch is HWPP-GW750V2, which is a low halogen environmental protection masterbatch containing of P, N and Br. It is rely on solidifying phase and gas phase double flame retardant synergistic effect, to improving the efficiency of flame retardant and flame retardant effect through catalytic mechanism to accelerate the system of molten drop.

Applied Range and Usage:
The chemical auxiliary agent masterbatch is particularly useful for PP flame retarded UL94-V2 (1.5-3.0mm). It can be used for homo-polypropylene which additive amount is 2-3%; co-polypropylene which additive amount is 6-8%. It also can be used for homo-polypropylene / co-polypropylene, homo-polypropylene /POE, homo-polypropylene /0-10% talcum powder or Barium Sulfate.

pp flame retardant masterbatch (environmental friendly, ul94 v0 grade): The chemical auxiliary agent masterbatch brand name is S70-971MB, made from environmental friendly flame retardant decabromodiphenyl ethane and high purity of antimonous oxide, mixed by an optimal proportion and then pass through the screw to generate granulation.

Applications and Methods:
The masterbatch is specially designed for Flame Retardant PP which is specialized for V0 grade Flame Retardant PP; dosage adjusted by different using purposes, filling quantity and thickness of product. pa flame retardant masterbatch: PA Flame Retardant Masterbatch with product code of HW8350WT – 102E, is extruded from efficient mixed environmental brominated flame retardant DBDPE and Sb2O3 with nucleating agent and other effective additives.

Applied Range and Usage:
The masterbatch is particularly useful for flame retarded PA6 and PA66. Based on the size and thickness of target product, it will be reached UL94-V0 level easily after adding 15%-20% of the masterbatch by directly injection molding or blending extrusion. It is also applicable to ABS, PBT, HIPS, PP, PE, etc.

melamine cyanurate (mca): It is a halogen-free flame retardant which is obviously advantage in fire safety sector. Its features of low smoke density, less toxic of smoke and weak corrosion. The highest sublimation temperature of MCA is 440℃. During the manufacturing process, it has hi temperature resistance and good thermal stability. MCA additive amount is relatively low. It has good financial and mechanical performance comparing with halogen/antimony containing flame retardant. Weak corrosion resistance has great advantages during processing and a fire.
