Wafer Spreading Machine
(1) Main Function :
1. ice cream machine is used for spreading cream ,auto wafer layup and laminating as per the desired thickness of the wafer ,and
delivering the wafer to the belt conveyor .
2.This machine is an important piece of machine in the wafer line that determines the number of wafer sheets and cream layers that
should be made.
3. This machine has functions functions such as :applying cream layer on to the pre cooled wafer sheets ,drawing evenly the cream
layer and making the book of wafers sheets with different layer of cream and sheets ,then applying slight pressure to hold the
wafer /cream together .
4.Numbers of cream layers and wafer layers can be adjusted as required to the count of 3,4,5ect.
5. The machine will count them automatically according to the adjustment made.There is a device of controlling temperature
automatically and constrantly on the roller of filler.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE
During the guarantee period , In case of any quality accident due to the defect of design, materials and workmanship , the sellers will cover the supply of the damaged parts free of charge, or responsible for repair. Ifdamages cause of repair by unauthorized parties or damage due to the accident, alternation , misuse is not covered.
After guarantee period the seller will guarantee to provide spare parts or dispatch technician for repair work, but the charge of the cost for the parts , US$60/ day labor cost ,round-trip flight tickets , accommodation / local transport , personal insurance and other cost for the technician are for the buyer’s account; In order to make sure the normal and efficient operation , the buyer need to do machine regular maintenance;
