Bale opener function:
Bale opener is suitable for proportioning and transmitting for the material, which proportion several different material as process requirements by several bale openers and also supply coarse opening machine .Usage for next process after full opened and mixed by coarse opening machine.

2. Double process Opening machine  1000mm

Function :

Opening machine mainly loose fiber, cotton, textile and other materials, loose the tangle of large fibers to be chip by tearing, and at the same time accompanied by blending and cleaning during loosing

Structure characteristic:

1.Set the blade opening roller and card clothing opening roller (or needle plate roller) into a machine. It has equal function as well as the opener does opening twice ,having solved the limitation of opening incompletely by opener. 

2.metallic block and relevant foreign matter being separated by alnico hard magwebic alloys.

3.Feeding by PVC screen and feeding roller; opening roller use hard alloy needle plate
4.Feed roller shaft head on both ends with against the round structure: use inner insert, avoid the shaft head touching

5.work savings, single inhalation fan to transport cotton and unknotted during opening.

6.Fan adopt precision aluminum blade, smooth and no burring

3.Feeder machine     2000MM

Feeding machine function:

Further loose and mix the opening fiber, and processing into uniform sheet cotton to provide next process for using according to comparison and quantitative.

Structure characteristic of feeding machine:

Feeding machine is comprised of cotton storage warehouse, brad inclined curtain, stripping roller,uniform cotton roller, flat screen, vibration plate, drive mechanism.According to the requirement of  the product quality which can be used  to preliminary open raw materials,  also be used to feed cotton as quantitative  combination with opening machine, middle is transmitted by the fan.

4. Single cylinder double doffer carding apparatus(2200MM)

Function:

The carding is the spinning machine which comb the roughing spinning material to be cell fiber status, form reticular fiber lamina and then assemble to be ribbon

Technical characteristic of high-speed carding machine:

(1) Fitting to carding lapping of wool , Dacron, polypropylene fiber(7d-15d) etc.

(2)The roller material is special and carding speed highly. Feeder and doffer in velocity modulation system with variable frequency are equipped with metal detection device.

(3)Our company improve the traditional carding apparatus, which the working roller with pieces of bearing improve the stability of roller and change the disadvantages which unstable, big noisy and leaving cotton web stacked not smoothly.

(4)After a long time to use, the performance of the carding machine was enhanced after improved, which working stability, nearly no noisy and cotton web smooth.

(5)Compared with single doffer carding apparatus, the double ones increase the productivity and save energy.

5. lapping machine

Introduction:the fiber by carding machine is light and narrower which can’t satisfy the products demands,so it often need to be lapped by lapping machine. Lapping refers to lay multilayer single net together by machinery, form a relatively uniform thickness web for the next working procedure. Lapping is folding and laying, it mainly to further to mixture , uniform , broaden and thicken fiber web and satisfy the demands of next procedure.

Application characteristics:

1.using the frequency conversion pendulum rod device, mechanical action accurate, smooth transmission 

2.vibrating roller adopts steel ball guiding screw structure ,conveying without noise and gap less beating;

3.transmitting leather curtain use imported anti-static to assure  cotton web not wrinkle and not stained web;

4.part leather screen adopt gear screw structure, convenient to adjust the gap between two screen;

5.bottom screen noil use electrical machine to convey,adjust noil gap conveniently;

6.the whole structure is totally enclosed type to avoid leaking technology.

6.Hot melting drying oven 8000MM by wood particles,diesel,gas,electric,etc.

Drying oven: air circulation drying oven(  hot air oven , hard cotton oven, hard cotton gripping type oven, etc.) air circulation system adopts fan supply air by cycling way wind circulation uniform  and efficiency.wind source via the circulating fan (using non-contact switch) drives the wind wheel through the heater to send the heat air out, and then reach the oven inner by air flue, absorb the used the air into air flue become the wind source for cycling and heating use. To ensure indoor temperature uniformity. When temperature oscillation occurs caused by open closed action , supply air circulation system rapidly restore operation state, until set temperature is reached.
