outlet, the other is not filtered tap water outlet, when the switching lever is in the horizontal position, the water flows through the filter and filter media.

2.The ceramic filter contain coconut shell activated carbon, When first using, the water will be grayish black, it’s caused by the inside activated carbon powder. This is normal situation and the water will be clean after two minutes.
